I transfered lots of my DariFree to the big white jars that my earlier,

smaller orders came in. But I think you could easily use any food-grade

container. A restaurant supply store near us, sells 20 or 22 quart plastic

buckets that are roughly the size of 5 gallon paint buckets (I know they

work well for 25 lb. bags of flour) and they have smaller ones, too. Then

you just dip your one- cup dry measuring cup into the bin, and use this to

make 2 quarts of DariFree. By the way, the company said it keeps over a

year if kept cool and dry, and it does.

I thought the SAME thing when I got my box of DariFree. What I did

was went to Walmart and got one of those plastic storage boxes (which

are pretty inexpensive) and just placed the bag inside the container

and snapped the lid shut and store it in my pantry. I have had mine

for about 3 months now and have had no problem with it. Hope this
