I don't know if this is considered a congenital heart defect or not, my

ds has right bundle branch block, which means there is something that

impedes the flow of electricity down the right side of his heart.

Apparently it is very rare in children and could eventually require a

pacemaker but so far all seems fine.

BTW, I had to laugh at your post about your ds speaking other languages,

we say the same about our ds (he just turned 2), we joke that he speaks

Vietnamese. After babbling a sentance or 2 to us, I'll turn to dh and

say " I think he just ordered the pu pu platter. " It is funny but he

really sounds vietnamese! Wish we spoke vietanmese at home.....
