Broth for soup/stew

Hi!

All you experienced GFCF cooks, how would you make a broth for a soup or stew?

I have a carton of GFCF vegetable broth, but I need to know how to make it a bit

thicker (and still tasty) and still GFCF. I'd like to make my son chicken

vegetable soup and beef stew, but he won't touch the stuff unless the broth is

almost too thick to run off the spoon.

Any help would be appreciated!
