Guest guest
Can anyone give me advice on how to " test " the diet with an infraction? My son (2.8 years old) has been GFCF for 3 months now (plus a few weeks before that when we were mostly GFCF but working out the kinks). We don't feel the diet has caused any changes in his behavior. He was making such progress with his ABA therapy even before we started the diet, and has continued to make progress, although he still has many issues. Of course, we don't know if his progress would have continued like this without the diet, so we feel strongly that it is time to " test " the diet with an infraction to see what happens. I don't mind the effort this diet takes if it's helping him, but if it's not, my energy can be put to use elsewhere (I'm sure you can all relate to that!) What we don't know is how to go about this --what to give him, how much, what to watch for, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks so much, Sue in NJ
