I have questions and need lots of help!!

My 4 month old just got her DBB last week and is wearing it 23/7.

She is slowly adjusting to having them on. Now everytime she throws

her feet down one foot keeps sliding out. The shoe is as tight as it

can go. So what can I do to keep that foot in the shoe? She is also

having problems sleeping at night. She screams every 20 minutes or

so from 10 P.M. to about 1 A.M. I can't seem to get her to sleep for

longer than 20 minutes and I can't keep getting up until that late.

What can I do to help her sleep through the night. Please help.
