Its not going to hurt Victor, but if you needed for example, to supplement him on pure Vitamin A, you would not use Palmitate. You would use cod liver oil which is solid Vitamin A. Anyone have more to add here?
Guest guest
I had a question to add while the topic of vitamins is up. Someone was telling me this morning that you have to be careful not to take too much vitamin D. Does anyone know if this is true? They were saying it could be toxic, and I am doubting this. If anyone knows I appreciate the info. > , > > I believe that form of Vitamin A is not pure. A Palm. was that it might interfere with the absorption of other types of Vitamin A. It's used in almost all the milk sub.s apparently to make them whiter. I struggled over what to do about this when we first started the diet and still haven't figured it out. I just cringe when I see it on all the labels I read, but I buy the stuff anyway :-o
