Re; leftover rice that is not dry--I like splashing on alittle organic

chick or veg broth. I also will use half broth-half water when I originally

cook the rice.

Thanks for those ideas --you sound like you have a lot of fun in

the kitchen (in general--I know it's not a party every day)
