Guest guest
Hi, I am a Hungarian mother, living in Hungary, Budapest. You may remember me from my posts some months ago. My son (13 yo nonverbal autistic) is on the GFCF diet and the Megson protocol. We are using Oleum jecoris (similar to CLO; about 10 000 IU Vitamin A / day); EPO and Urocarb (Australian Bethanechol). He is also taking Vitamin E and C, and many other nutrients. We have been looking for a good Vitamin B supplement for some time, but it is so hard to find one which does not contain harmful ingredients. Now I found a multivitamin, Super Mega 50 by *4 Life Products* (Farmington, CT 06032) which contains cc. 50 mg of the *big* B-s, and the other ingredients also seem to fit the needs of my son. But it contains Vitamin A too (7500 IU/tablet), *from Beta carotine*, as the info says. I would like to know for sure whether this kind of Vitamin A is a cis or a trans (Palmitate) form. The info of the firm only says that this vitamin is *manufactured from the highest quality natural raw materials*. I am also insecure whether the B-vitamins of this product are made of yeast or not. The color of the tablets is yellowish. Does it mean anything? My 3rd question is, can anyone tell me anything about Oleum jecoris, especially its Omega-3 and Omega-6 ratio? This oil is widely used in Hungary for natural vitamin A and D, and it is unexpensive. But I am unable to get an answer to this question in the pharmacy or from doctors either. Thank you for any info. Please email me privately. Best, Agnes in Hungary urayla@...
