Hi I'm new, I'm working with helping a friend and her family make meals,

basically on Sundays I've devoted my time to preparing her meals for the

week that she can easy put together or just remove from the freezer into the

oven. She has a 4 year old son with Autism and a 6 year old son with ADHA

and possibly bipolar. Also a 3 year old daughter. She had tried the GFCF

diet once but it was too much work and too expensive.

So my questions are..

Can someone direct me to a website with a list of the no no foods, also give

me some cheap idea's to make that can be frozen or non perishable foods? It

would be greatly appreciated!
