Try Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Vanilla. We use that and Dari-Free. Mocha

Mix non-dairy creamer in the dairy case can also be used in a pinch but it

has no calcium or vitamins like the others do. It is good when you want

something creaming to cook with and good over cereal.

Not sure what your allergys are if any but silk makes very good soy milks,

blue diamond makes very good almond milk. We currently make our own milk

subs and they taste pretty good too. There is als Darifree made by vance but

usually you have to mail order the Darifree. ----- Original

Hi , and good luck with this diet. Rice Dream has gluten in the

processing of the rice syrup, so stay away from that brand of rice milk.

I always gave my son Pacific brand. They make a cocoa rice beverage that

my son thought was awesome, they also have plain and vanilla. I found

out now that LJ is allergic to rice so we are now drinking Dari-free

which is a beverage made from a potato base and is mail ordered.

If you're just starting this diet I would definetly call up Miss Robens

and have them mail you one of their catalogs for ordering different

acceptable foods. They have readymade snacks, cake and cookie mixes,

flours, cereals, condiments, bakeware, etc. Their phone # is

1- or online at www.missroben.com

on Long Island New York
