Guest guest
To Kathy and anyone else: I've used the pillow and mattress topper for a couple of years now. The pillow is great as others can attest to and the mattress topper has helped immensely with cramps and spasms in the night time hours. It was recommended by my MDA Neuro. I wouldn't trade it for anything! Kristie Message: 4 Date: Sun, 2 Jan 2005 06:28:42 -0800 (PST) Subject: Re: Re: Muscle and Neck Issues I have to agree about the Tempura pillow. It has done amazing things for my neck problems. My husband used it one night when I was at work and the very next day we had to get another one for him. I am now seriously considering the mattress topper. Has anyone used one of those? Kathy, grandma to Audrey, 3 years Kristie Palmer kristiep@... Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I agree with Kristie, the topper is great! My suggestion though is to get the one that is 4pounds per square inch. It is much more comfy. When I bought mine I did a lot of research and called the company on one of them and told them what my problem was and they said to make sure I got the 4ppi one. I have been very happy with it. Ordered it from Costco and got a great deal, the same one at bed and bath was more than two times the price. You con't have to be part of the costco thing to order off the web, you just pay about $10. more Look it up on the web at costco.com Smiles to you, ---- Kristie Palmer kristiep@...> wrote: > > > > To Kathy and anyone else: > > I've used the pillow and mattress topper for a couple of years now. Guest guest
I have tried numerous other " memory foam " and shaped pillows without relief, but with such good recommendations I may try the Tempur-pedic. I do get significant help from a Select Comfort mattress but have never found a pillow with similar effects. Some sites offer the Tempur-pedic pillows in different sizes and styles with no guidelines on how one determines which is best for any given neck. Thoughts? Guest guest
Barbara, we also have the comfort select bed, and we love it. It has improved my sleep and has relieved all my pressure point pain, unlike the pains from other beds we've had, the last being a Sealy Perfect Sleeper. I must agree with everyone else as far as the tempra-pedic pillow, it is wonderful, and i wake up without the neck pain i was having with regular pillows, and copy-cat memory foam pillows. I would suggest you try it, you have nothing to lose but a pain in the neck!!! Barb

Guest guest
Barbara, I would imagine like anything it is a very personal thing. For me, I like the standard size. I've just ordered a new one. I find they get compacted and need to be replaced every couple of years, but it is well worth it. Guest guest
We have a Tempurpedic bed, and it's worked great for us. Haven't gotten the pillows though, I think we will though because we both have some neck pain. I have a " Cuddle Ewe " wool pillow, which is supposed to be " great " , but slowly it has become less and less comfortable, over about two years. I maybe got four hours of sleep over the past two nights, partially due to neck pain. Take care, RH > > > Barbara, > > I would imagine like anything it is a very personal thing.
