Guest guest
Hi Debbie, Sorry you are having so much pain. Is it possible that you might have an abdominal hernia? Or maybe it is that WE are getting OLD and it is catching up to us hehehe!! Seriously, any kind of pain is bad. Do you get the pain from your abdomen everytime you sit, or is it after you eat, excerise, etc.. Are you constipated, or maybe you have some kind of obstruction? Now about the thigh muscles, I also have terrible pain in mine. It has been going on for quite some time and is only getting worse too. I have no idea what is causing it, but think it might be my Rheumatiod Arthritis causing the pain. I also have horrible pain in my hip/pelvic area. I am not sure how far this stuff goes or for how long it lasts, but I can almost guarantee it isn't going to get much better. Our muscles are involved and they are getting weaker everyday. If we do excerise to build them up we only end up with more pain and more Mito symptoms. Sorry I couldn't be of more help for you, but wanted to say " Hi " and to let you know I am thinking of you. Hope you have a great week!! Hugs, Ann-Marie Lack of abdominal muscle Hi Everyone, Does anyone have a problem with ab muscles not supporting or holding back I guess you would say, stomach organs. I have a roll from my navel up to my rib cage that continues to sag more every day. It is very painful and I can't sit down because it feels like pressure up into my chest. It almost seems like my intestines are falling out of place. I haven't gained any weight recently, though I am 50 pounds overweight. Also when I push on this roll it hurts everywhere straight across my abdomen. My thigh muscles are worsening everyday. I am having great diffuculy getting up from a chair or bed and climbing steps. I'm afraid of how far this will go. Debbie Medical advice, information, opinions, data and statements contained herein are not necessarily those of the list moderators.
