Guest guest
I'm 5'3 " & according to the manufacturer, I should be most comfortable with a medium pillow... I bought the medium but have since found that I really would have been more comfortable with the additional one inch height of the large... I've read this elsewhere as well, even if you're my size, you'll probably want to go up to the large... I put my medium on a folded up towel that makes up the additional inch that I really need (live & learn) It has made an enormous difference for me as well.... I do get significant help from a Select Comfort mattress but have never found a pillow with similar effects. Some sites offer the Tempur-pedic pillows in different sizes and styles with no guidelines on how one determines which is best for any given neck. Thoughts?
