I have been looking for different kinds of the Toffuti cheeses. I have

found the slices at Copp's, but would like to try a block cheese that I can

shredd or even a pre-shredded. Anyone see anything like that around in our

area?

Tamara, I've never seen it, but I'll tell you what I do. I have a Pampered

Chef barrel grater. You can buy similar graters at kitchen stores. I fold

up the Tofutti slices, two at a time, and grate them. Its quick and easy.

Copp's is trying to get the shredded Tofutti in, but it hasn't happened yet.
