Bread fell

Does anybody know what cause the bread to fall? I baked the recipe

off of Special Diet for Kids and it looked awesome and then fell

after I took it out of oven and turned out doughy inside. should I

have cooked it longer or possibly at a higher temp? It was a no yeast

quick bread recipe?? Thanks!
