Sorry this is not a reply, but a question about, your post. Is citric acid

derived from corn?

This is another thing you must check with the manufacturer about. Citric

acid can be derived from corn. I did not realize this until a couple months

ago and since we avoid corn at all cost I always check with the manufacturer

to verify. Like Energ egg replacer contains citric acid that is derived from

corn.
