Pam

We just got Omnicef for our son (3) after a bad time with amoxicillan. My

pharmacist says to take 1 1/2 tsp. twice a day. You said to take it only once

a day. Has anyone else been told to take it only once per day? We've had

major regression with amoxicillan and hope the Omnicef doesn't do the same.

I'm so glad yours have gotten better. I took Hunter to the doctor

yesterday and his ears are still extremely infected. We got an appointment to

see an ENT doctor and may have to get tubes put in. The doctor said don't

even bother giving him any more antibiotics, they won't help. I can't believe

we've never had much of a problem with ear infections and now this. I thought

we weren't going to have a problem since he didn't get them when he was

little. Everyone in my family has gotten an ear infection though so it must

be bacterial. Mine are still infected too after 3 weeks. The bad news in all

this is that he's regressed big time since the Augmentin. I hope I get him

back!
