Ok I know the water should be up to the navel. They need to soak for at

least 20 minutes and the amount is about 1/2 cup although some people do use

more than that. Hope I helped,

to try the Epsom salts baths with Graham, but I can't remember the specifics

of how much, how much water, how long, how often, etc. If you can help, I

would appreciate it. E-mail me privately if you want.

medications and I have seen no difference, nor has any been reported by the

school. I am hopeful to have him off everything by summer so I can see

whether we really need them or not. As I have said before, we haven't seen

huge major changes, but a lot of little things are showing improvement.

Thanks for all your support and advice. I never realized how much hidden

gluten/casein were out there. I feel like you all understand my life when

hardly anyone around me does...thanks for being there.

Hi ,

We put in a couple of (generous) cups. and 1 cup of bakings soda to increase

absorption. We bathe Austin and together. They soak for as long as

they want. We bathe them everynight if time allows.

Congrats on getting Graham off the meds!! Wow!!
