Guest guest
I believe the problem with diflucan is long term use.It was origanally developed for yeast infections in women and the dose was only one pill once. Nystatin has been around longer and been used long term for some time. If it were me I would err on the side of caution and use nystatin if it is available. But count your self sucky to have found a doctor willing to address your concerns over yeast issues. At least he listened. There are others I believe using diflucan safely maybe haveing liver profiles done periodically to check for harm.
