Funny you should bring this up, I've just been commenting to my husband how

I've noticed this kind of compulsive 'touching' lately with (5 and a

half). He touches one side of a chair, and then returns to touch the other

side with his other hand - and other pieces of furniture - as if balancing

everything he touches. Well not everything, it's not consistent, but

definately getting more obvious. I wondered was it a 'development' with

autism, another type of stim. I never thought of it as a side effect of

GFCF.
