Hi, :

There is a recipe for pearsauce in ' book that I'll send you

privately if you like. I haven't tried it because neither of my children

likes applesauce so I'm guessing they won't like pearsauce either. ;-)

Could I substitute soy flour successfully for the quinoa flour??

Also do you mean potato starch flour or potato flour?

ok the 1/c applesauce goes in the crust mix- the two

cups go on top like a pizza sauce topping
