Guest guest
It sounds to me like it is time to learn to pace yourself and listen to your body - not when it starts failing, but at the most basic level. I know it is hard and a big step, but try using the store scooters. It gets easier each time, especially when you can go to the store and return home without new symptoms. I am stopping work, not because I couldn't push through each day, but because in doing so, I am not taking care of myself and new symptoms become not the occasional visitor, but a next of kin. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Sat, 8 Jan 2005 16:59:47 -0800 (PST) > To: , Mitobelievers mitobelievers > > Subject: Bad Week (religious content > > Hey everyone, > > I have a pretty crummy week physically and I am asking you for your prayers. > My wife and I were at Wal-Mart earlier this week and I almost collapsed after > walking around for a half an hour and I have had a lot of problems walking or > being on my feet.
