Guest guest Posted February 19, 2001 Report Share Posted February 19, 2001 MMMM yummy preheat oven to 375 Crust 1cup white rice flour 1 cup quiona flour 1/2 cup pototo flour (or any combination ofGF flours) 2 tsp xanthan gum 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup sugar 1tsp cinnamon mix and toss add 2 eggs 1 cup sparkling soda water 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/4 cup oil stir until dry ingredients are just moist spread out on greased cookie sheet (i sprinkle white rice flour on lightly to pat down) spread 2 cups unsweetened applesauce on (like spaghetti sauce on pizza) layer with fresh apple slices (3-8 apples up to you) sprinkle w/ gf cimmamon sprinkle w/ gf brown sugar Bake 20 minutes then lower temp to 300 and bake 20 more or until when ever yours is done!! Then because my daughter is just begining and hating this diet i add a confectioner sugar glaze and looks and taste so goood glaze is just sugar and enough water to have drip evenly off spoon- my PDD son told me it had to in the shape of an x pattern or it couldnt be like toaster struedells- he also quotes commercial verbatim!! __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
