Guest guest
How much zinc would you supp for a 55lb. child. Also, would it be beneficial to see thru a blood test if there is a zinc deficiency first? Or is zinc one of those that you pee the excess--I don't want to give him too much. Thanks, M. zinc, celiac disease, winter, etc. > Hello Everyone, > > Since April's post on Sunday about zinc affecting schizophrenia, etc. > and wintertime downslides, I have been looking around a little for > more info. Guest guest
Hi , I'm not exactly sure how much to supplement. I've been giving my son about a athird of the capsule I take for myself. I bet Kirkman's knows, since they sell it (I didn't buy mine from them). I don't think it's one of those you just pee out, so it's probably the best idea to check. If I find out an exact dosage, I'll post again. Betty, mom to , etc- -- In GFCFKids@y..., " Moya " wrote: > How much zinc would you supp for a 55lb. child. Guest guest
Hi, Our doc has my 80 pounder boy on 30mg of zinc, plus the zinc in SNT, and claims we can't OD on it. Kirkman's website does have a lot of info on zinc, including dosage recommendations. > Hi , > > I'm not exactly sure how much to supplement.
