Guest guest
Hi all, That graham cracker recipe posted the other day is really good. Both my kids love them. I didnt add sugar or cinnamon on the outside and they are still pretty sweet and yummy. (I always double the amount of cinnamon in a recipe though --tastes good to me). Thanks to whoever posted it. Keep posting these recipes guys! Really appreciate it. I remember when I first started this diet and this list and Ackerman gave some hint she said to use on my baking day. My first thought was........ " There's going to be a baking day?......Please God no...... " And look at me now....... Nothing great thats for sure but here I am making my kids sandwich rolls and graham crackers!!!!! You know what else I like about the graham cracker recipe---it has no eggs in it--great for rotation and for those avoiding eggs. Take care all and thank you for helping me get through this less than easy time in my life. Much love, P.S Before we married, I Told my husband I would never cook but I would do the dishes. hahaha You just never know what life brings. LESSON: NEVER say NEVER. LESSON: NEVER say NEVER. , That is for sure!!! I said I would NEVER be one of those " crackpot " people who put my child on a " weird " diet, " label " my child in any way, or even consider homeschooling! LOL!!!
