Sorry, can't help on the Fast Food issue. I now buy Cascadian Farms frozen

french fries. It's soy-free (unless palm oil is soy?). I tried to make my

own french fries, but it was a big thumbs down. Not sure what I did wrong.

They were limp!

Did you drain them on paper towel?? If so, they go limp. You need to fry

them at 375 degrees and then drain them on brown paper bags.

Oh thank you so much!! I tried making fries with sweet potatoes (for added

vitamins) and they always come out limp. I'll try the brown paper bags next

time!!
