Make sure you cross check them. I know states that you have to do your own checking, but I know that I was tripped up more than once on this issue. Also, 's son is not 100% casein free and the book references that. I think you need to give this diet the 100% trial...it is my understanding that you can't do it " half way " and expect to get results. Good luck...you will find this list invaluable in its support. Guest guest Posted March 5, 2001 Report Share Posted March 5, 2001 When I first started the diet I thought it would be o.k. for my son to have real ice cream here and there and maybe a real pizza but when he had something by accident and I would see the old behaviors I said forget it.
