Guest guest
I've had on the GFCF diet for a month or so now. Weve had lots of infractions, at least one or two a day. I'm just wondering if we eventually adhere strictly to the diet, will it be too late? The casein has been easy to keep out of his diet but the gluten has not. My two other children et regularly so at times they give stuff to eat and their too young to understand that that is a no no. We have seen dramatic improvements since off the casein but I'm having trouble with the infractions like at school or even here at home.Is a minor infraction equivilent to a big one? Just wondering! How do all of you keep up with the diet, especially single working mothers? I am having a terrible time with this. If his brothers and sisters aren't contaminating him, I am but not keeping to strict program. What are your thoughts? How do I keep up with this? How do I encourage and ensure that his school will keep him on the diet? Is there anything any more impossible? Help!!! Tampa, FL - 3 1/2 yrs old-autistic Kayla - 5 yrs old-mild speech impairment - 2 yrs old-normal-until I eventually mess him up too aarg!!!
