Guest guest
Does anyone know if the Peeps marshmallow rabbits and chicks are GFCF? The ingredients include " natural and artificial flavors " , which I was afraid might refer to vanilla. I could not find a phone number on the package, and didn't bring a pack home, as my son was feeling so bad at the prospect of not getting any Peeps this year. Thanks, Lis

We were just talking about how they weren't " real food! " Maureen

But everyone in my family, and every friend I have asked, thinks the colored ones have a bitter aftertaste. (Purple tastes horrible!) We stick to white bunnies, snowmen, eggs, etc, in this house, which is just as well, given the nastiness of food dyes themselves, never mind their taste. I never verified the gfcf status of the more expensive marshmallow eggs also made by Peeps (Vanilla creme flavor, maybe?) but they tasted very nice, she says wiggling her nose...(oh no the Easter Bunny ate all the eggs and will have to buy more) Lorilyn
