Have you tried adding essential oils (the good kind like fish oil) to

see if that will help your cholesterol. I was on a statin for several

years with little decrease. I started the essential oils (I take them

in a gel-cap) and within a year, I was able to go off the statin and

my cholesterol and triglycerides are now well within the normal range.

My rish factor is below 1% as it has raised the good cholesterol so

much.

I also take lots of CoQ10, so I think I am covered on the atenerol.
