Guest guest
I just read some interesting articles on research in the current issue of " Eating Well " . It was found that eating a small amount of Avocado increased the ability of the body to process antioxidents, especially the carotenoids. The fat in Avocado's is the good fat and it was found that fat was necessary for absorbtion of antioxidents in our food (it didn't mention supplements), but that the Avocado worked better - 2 to 15 times better. This research was done at Ohio State . Some recent research on green tea found that it increased athletic endurance. Not sure it would help us, but we all sure could use added endurance. The study was done with 4 cups of green tea a day. This research was done in Japan. I found these interesting. laurie
