Guest guest
Good Night! Ya ever notice that just when you think you have it bad, the man upstairs throws something in your face to show you to get over it. I will have to say , I don't know what else is left. What about nut flours like almond etc. I just don't know. DOes the doc think she will outgrow some of this. Is the reactions severe to all of them? COuld you just rotate them. I have a recipe for pancakes that uses no flour-i think. I will see if I can find it tonight. Good luck! Surley out of all the wonderful people in this group, someone will have an answer. Have you ever checked out the POFAK list? They are really great also. Maybe with several groups helping out, someone will be able to help! Good luck and I will keep my fingers crossed for you! Guest guest
- Maybe swear off bread all together! Wow, what a list of allergies. And there's no way that she could be allergic to something other than the flours, like say the yeast or something that went with all these at some time or another?? I got a recipie from the paleo diet for pancakes where you use ground walnuts (just whiz them in a food processor) and egg. With all the flour allergies, it sounds like the paleo diet might have some stuff http://www.paleofood.com/ they advertise: The Paleolithic Eating Support List's Recipe Collection Recipes are: grain-free, bean-free, potato-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. Ingredients used: meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, and berries. Good luck Alice
