Good Popcorn

Hi,

I haven't been active on the list for several months but had to share

some good new about a popcorn. I found it at wal-mart for about $2 an 11

oz bag. It is Gas Lamp Popcorn Company's Kettle Popped Corn. I

confirmed with the company that it is GFCF and is not cross contaminated

with the other flavors they make. It has a sugar type coating on it and

will a real treat for my " no butter on it " son. If this has already been

discovered by someone else and shared I apologize for waiting your time.

Side bar question, We had our first big casein slip over a span of 3

days or so he consumed some everyday,about 3-4 weeks ago. Cookies made

for Gluten sensitive people, but contain butter, not just cocoa butter,

oops! label reading 4 times and still miss read it, a head banging urge

came over ME. He still doesn't seem to be doing as well as before the

slip. I was suprised also that it seemed to take 3-4 days before the

signs of contamination were unmissable. How long can we expect things to

take working back out of his system? It could just be some spring fever

componding the behaviors and hyperness?
