Guest guest Posted March 13, 2001 Report Share Posted March 13, 2001 I was wondering if anyone else has noticed their child sleeping better on this diet. I have not seen the other common improvements but my son seems to be sleeping later and was wondering if this is indeed a positive beneficial thing about this diet. He used to rise at 4 a.m. and is now getting up between 5:30 and 6:30. He has been sick lately but I would tend to think it is more the diet.
