Guest guest
thanks Robin, I just called my pharmacy, it was a major problem for them to even pull the ingrediet list but they are doing it and will have it ready later for me, the address they gave me for the manufacturer of our ritilin isnt even listed in the phone directory! I will be seeing the psychiatrist wed, I will ask him about the new ritilin, you are second person to say excactly what you said(smile) What is Creon 10? Do I need a prescription? --- Robin Weber robindweber@...> wrote: > Actually I was told ritalin is gf/cf but does > contain lactose. Guest guest
Creon 5 and Creon 10 (is there a 20?) are all digestive enzymes, perscription, very heavy duty. Has done wonders for our kids. And don't even get me started on pharmacies! Guest guest
We have had this discussion before and I can't see how they could possibly separate milk sugar from milk protein with no residual protein left. We found out that 's med- risperdal, contained lactose and immediately switched her to the liquid which does not. We saw great improvements immediately. Guest guest
, I have read the previous discussions and felt a different view point could only help to inform. My son doesn't react to ghee either as many others do. Perhaps he is not as dairy sensitive as some. He is on less than half of his medications since going gf/cf almost 2 years ago, and has been able to stop taking Risperidal all together. We also didn't see many improvements after taking either child off of dairy, but saw slow steady improvements after removing gluten. So I guess it's a personal choice which I have based on observation, experience, and some trial and error.
