Hi, I just wanted to make a clarification on the below statement. Actually

the protocol most people are using right now is a revision of Dr. Holmes

original one, that was put out last October. by Drs. Holmes Cave and

Bradstreet among others. It's the one with higher dosing, 8hour dosages and

for 3 on/11 off. If that's the one you have then that's the latest. I can

send you a copy if you need it
