i JUST STARTED BIOFEEDBACK WITH MY 6 YEAR OLD WHO HAS A SEIZURE DISORDER AND

SOME AUTISTIC CHARACTERISTICS. wE HAVE HAD BAOUT 5 SESSIONS AND HE SEEMS TO

BE DOING VERY WELL. VERY GOOD BOOK TO READ ON THIS IS " a sYMPHONY IN THE

bRAIN " bY jIM rOBBINS. YOU WILL DEFINATELY WANT TO TRY IT AFTER READING

THIS BOOK. WHAT'S NICE ABOUT BIO IS THAT ONCE THE DAMAGED IS FIXED, IT NEVER

REVERSES ITSELF AND IT IS NON INVASIVE.

gOOD LUCK,

pAM

Pam:

What kind of behaviors or issues is the biofeedback supposed to address?

My son has lots of anxiety and I'd love for him to learn to manage his

emotions more effectively than to emit a blood curdling scream each time

he's faced with a situation that stumps him. I'll try and get ahold of

the book too, but since we're doing just about everything we can think of

to help my son, I'd like to know more about this too.
