--,

I have a very picky eater, he is 6 and with this gf/cf have decided

he needs to eat a variety of foods. Well, I have to do it the ABA

way. This means that I give him a reinforcer-juice, for a bite of

the undesirable food. We actually got him to eat a plate of rice

with lentil, he even asked for " more rice " once he found out it

tasted good and it was nothing to be afraid of. I do think it gets

harder as the child gets older, but not impossible, like I said, my

son is a very picky eater. Thea

Hi,

At first, my daughter used to refuse the meals reheated too. I

was doing alot of rice and corn pastas and I think they tasted

even less like " the old stuff " when they were reheated . Now, one

year into the diet, she doesn't mind. Could your mom do very

simple things like meat cut into strips and cooked with some

olive oil? Maybe add a tomato or two? I don't know how old your

child is, but that used to work for (until we realized how

allergic she was to tomatos) and it's not possible to mess up.
