Guest guest
Hi all, Im going to see a Pulmo for the 1st time today, and thankfully i am weezing up a storm (usually when you need a doc to see whats going on ya get there and your fine). A bit nervous, this is a 2 hour office visit, he will be doing allergy testing, checking out my ashma, and then checking my last chest x-ray, (pneumonia with beginning signs of emphazema) sorry spelling, struggling still havent kicked the habit yet, but have reduced smoking to 5 to 10 cigs a day. I know i have to quit, but im insane with cold turkey, and the patch and gum just make me want a cig even more. Feel like im between a rock and a hard place. But i will keep trying! Not sure what else to expect from this visit today, i have a million questions to ask. Just hope this doc can get me a nebulizer here at home. And im bringing info on mito with me bc i just dont have the patience to explain it to another new doc. Tomorrow i will see my neuro, thats another whole ball game, Im still losing weight, and she thought i was getting to thin 3 months ago she is in for a shock when she sees me tomorrow. Matts metobolic/neuro has been trying to reach her with some new info and she hasnt returned his calls, and she agreed to work together with him to better help me, and im getting fustrated too. And im not leaving her office until my Carnitor is approved. My primary is concerned too, and needs to talk with her, and hopefully he will have spoken to her before i get there tomorrow. Well its time to leave, i really just want to crawl back in bed, but the docs cant help me if i stay there. Let yas know how it went, when i get home. Wishing this mito was all a big mistake and would just go away, Barb
