Guest guest Posted March 18, 2001 Report Share Posted March 18, 2001 my son wakes up everynight like clockwork at 2-4 am. has anyone found any thing that works via the diet or the elimination of certain foods other than melatonin? i have not researched the use of melatonin and risks involved yet. any ideas would be helpful............
