Hi all:

Someone wrote to ask had I tried pb and choc chip cookies. Yes, I did.

Neither were even tried by my daughter. My 9 year old step son ate them and

liked them. I did try the mock oreos this week with the miss roben's mix

and recipe. I find that the cookie tastes a little gritty? Otherwise, they

taste o.k., but all Ebony will do is smear the filling around and she used

to eat oreos really well. I did have one baking success though. I tried

the banana muffin recipe that was posted this last week, and she actually

ate one!! So, I guess I won't give up totally. Any EASY recipes for baked

goods are would be appreciated, the fewer ingredients the better and

unfortunately I think I'm going to stick mostly with the GF flour mix that I

get from miss roben's because it seems to taste the best and I have fewer

rejects.

Thanks for the help everyone....

Tamara, mom to Ebony-3 yrs old, autistic
