Guest guest
No one has suggested fish oils or anything like that..Is there any particular one /make/brand that is well respected that maybe anyone could suggest?? I am very concious that it is often the purity that matters with supplements, too easy for me to grab anything in sainsburys that may just be rubbish.. we can use iherb.com from here in the UK with no problems.. Guest guest
Gillian I buy mine on line from Puritans Pride. It is called Essential Oils and contains fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage seed oil. I have been happy with their products. A couple of times a year they run a get 3 for the price of 1 and I stock up then. laurie > No one has suggested fish oils or anything like that..Is there any > particular one /make/brand that is well respected that maybe anyone > could suggest?? > I am very concious that it is often the purity that matters with > supplements, too easy for me to grab anything in sainsburys that may > just be rubbish.. we can use iherb.com from here in the UK > with no problems.. > > Gillian- > > > -- In , Laurie Fitzgerald > wrote: > > Gillian > > > > Have you tried adding essential oils (the good kind like fish oil) > to > > see if that will help your cholesterol. Guest guest
For fish oil supplements, I personally like Coromega, which is a orange-flavored paste you can add to food or eat straight. It comes in packets. It's great for kids especially, it's been almost impossible for me to get them to take fish oil otherwise. Take care, RH > > > > > > In a message dated 6/7/2005 9:57:24 AM Eastern Standard Time, > > > gill@s... writes: > > > > > > ..the Atenolol stuff I do know has him really worried > > > because of this Q10 stuff, I already take Lipitor so I think I > > > follow his reasoning.. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Gillian, > > > Can atenolol decrease CoQ10 levels?
