I make my own Taco Seasoning by mixing together

2 tsps. instant minced onion

1 tsp. salt (whichever you use)

1 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. cornstarch

1/2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1/4 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

I asked our local Taco Bell manager for an ingredients list about 3

months ago. The taco shell was made from oats and corn, so it's a no-

no. (Fortunately, gfcf taco shells are available in supermarket.)

I stopped there and didn't check the seasoning, too. Some brands of

taco seasoning aren't gfcf.
