Guest guest
, I've had luck making chicken nuggets by dipping the chicken in GFCF Italian dressing and then rolling it in GFCF breadcrumbs. Then I bake it, but for the last couple of minutes I broil to make the top a bit crispier. As for GFCF frozen french fries, Cascadian Farms makes both french fries and the potato puffs (like 'tater tots), which are wonderful. My whole family eats the nuggets and fries. I haven't tried any of the recipes in any of the books/literature about the diet - mostly because they all vary so much! Thank you in advance...Also does anyone know for sure what french fries are absolutely okay? We've been eating OreIda Golden Fries, which I didn't think were coated with anything, but we've been going through some " rough times " with , so it's either the fries, ketchup, or regression - we've only been doing the diet for two weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you - Mom to (6, PDD-NOS)
