What exactly do I need to ask the manufactures?

Anyway I was wondering someone could give me an example of what

exactly to ask a manufacture when calling to verify if GFCF. Do I ask

them in general if their product is GFCF or do I need to get

ingredient specific?

Also, does anyone know if I.B.C. Rootbeer is ok or know where I can

find the phone # for them?
