Guest guest
I don't believe my son was vaccinated at birth, although I would have to check his records to be sure. But, when he was born, he was bone thin and he had bell's palsy, which I was told would clear up in a few days. It never did. Also, he cried for about 5 hours straight after birth, and had a terrible reflux problem all through his first year. He was an extremely colicky baby, although now I know much of that was due to noises he percieved differently from the rest of us. Nope, I am pretty sure he was autistic from day 1. He never met any of his milestones, never said any words, never rolled over, couldn't lift his head or sit up, couldn't tolerate food textures, and had no eye contact...all from day one. He did start to improve with therapy a year and a half later, and improved even more when I pulled him out of therapy and work with him myself, but there was never a time when my son had skills that disappeared. My daughter was given a vaccine at birth, I think it was the hep b. She is normal. I truly believe that my son's autism was caused by the MMR I received 9 months prior to conception.
