(Really) Alternative flours

Our 3 year old daughter is allergic to most of the standard flours

used in GFCF diets, including: rice, potato, corn, sorghum, garbanzo,

garbfava, romano bean, millet, tapioca, amaranth, buckwheat, soy.

We're trying teff, quinoa, and wild rice now.

Can you suggest any other flours that I can try?
