Guest guest
Jensen has had a fever for the past 4 days or so, and now has developed a full blown cold (cough and congestion and just plain miserable). We are GFCF and she is currently on Depakene (which means antihistamines are contraindicated). I've been following the thread on natural remedies like echinacea, etc, but it sounds like they are best used before the symptoms are at their worst. Any suggestions? We're doing a humidifier and vicks vaporub on her chest, and tons of supplements since we're chelating under Dr. Holmes (Vit C, A, E, probiotics, zinc, mag, calcium, Coromega, cranberry extract, Citramin II, CoQ10, Co-Enzyme B complex . . .I think that's all of them, but since I also have a cold my memory is probably fading). TIA for any input.
