Guest guest
* Hi everyone, LJ got his 3rd set of allergy tests back today and I now found out he is allergic to rice, so it make it now rice, wheat, soy, milk, pork , peanuts and now also chocolate. Question, I did all his baking with rice flour which now is a no go. This is what I have here - potato flour, potato starch, quinoa flour, sorghum flour and arrowroot starch. The last 3 I got free with a Miss Robbins order so I never used them and don't know if I can sub them in place of rice flour or what? Has anyone used these. I made pancakes and waffles with straight rice flour. Can I use these straight? Do I mix them together? Thanks to anyone who can help me. I'll be waiting by my compu here. on Long Island, New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
