I started my son on the super nuthera, two days ago. We gave in the

p.m. only, its supposed to be x2 daily. He was okay the first

night, last night he got up at 4:00 and was awake until 5:00 went back

to sleep. he very infrequently wakes up in the middle of the night.

My husband thinks its the supplements, which are hypoallergenic.

However, several days ago-friday, he got a hold of an ice cream cake

at school. Yesterday, he had a very flushed face, and was rubbing

his eyes, and seemed to be out of it, seemed his allergies were

attacking him. he was a little congested today, and had the mucuous-

scartchy throat. I think that the waking comes from the cold or

allergy thing, as he will not get good sleep under these conditions.

I dont think it is the supplements. im not totally ruling out the

ice cream, because the last time he had some ice cream, he got very

flushed. How do you tell what is what. I dont want to stop the

supplements. My husband seems to go along with the diet, but one day

last week, he commented on how the " rice thing' wasnt working, one

day he was a little out of it, this was after a few days on rice for

his source of carbohydrate. also wouldnt anyone go through a lot of

changes if there way of doing things was taken away. I dont want to

stop the diet before I know whether its helpful or not.
